Investor Update: Upcoming Court Hearing on Claims Adjudication Process

The Wind-Up Representative and Receiver has filed a Motion to Approve Claims Adjudication Process in the ongoing matter PetroRock Mineral Holdings, LLC v. Minerva Resources, LLC, et al., Cause No. DC-22-04656, pending in the 101st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.

The Court has set a hearing on this Motion for March 23, 2026.
​
The Motion seeks Court approval of a formal process to identify, review, and adjudicate claims submitted by investors and creditors. If approved, this process will establish the procedures and timelines for submitting claims, reviewing documentation, addressing objections, and ultimately determining allowed claims for purposes of potential distributions.

No action is required from investors at this time. If the Court approves the claims adjudication process, additional information—including instructions, deadlines, and required forms—will be provided directly to known investors and posted on this website.
